Yellow beetroot tartare.

Yellow beetroot has, surprisingly, yellow flesh and a wonderful sweet taste. In this recipe we combine this sweet taste with the salty taste of soy sauce. Because the beetroot has a nice and firm structure, you can easily make a tartare out of it.

Pumpkin risotto.

Who doesn’t like risotto? With risotto you can go in all directions. We go for a comforting winter variant with pumpkin and mascarpone. Full, creamy and soooo delicious!
